Villa Upendi is a stylish and spacious bush villa that combines luxury, comfort, and peace in the heart of African nature.

Located on a plot of 12,000 m² private land within a secured wildlife estate, the villa offers plenty of privacy and an authentic bush experience.

Luxury and comfort in nature

The villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each equipped with kingsize XL beds with luxurious mattresses and high-quality Egyptian cotton bed linen.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and outdoor shower, and the master bedroom's bathroom also features a stylish bathtub.

An extra bed bank in the chill-out area provides sleeping accommodation for one adult or two children (on request)*.

Space to unwind

The spacious living area is equipped with a comfortable large lounge sofa, a cozy seating area with two chairs and table, and a bar with six stools – the perfect spot to enjoy a drink or conversation.

The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, large gas stove with four burners and separate wok pit, Nespresso machine, water kettle, and a large XL fridge with freezer.

The complete kitchen inventory is calculated for eight people, so nothing is missing.

In the utility room you'll find extra comfort with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and bread toaster.

Enjoy outdoor living and views

From the living area, you walk directly onto the terrace, where you can relax by the private pool or enjoy the breathtaking view of the Drakensberg Mountains and bush.

The terrace is equipped with a lounge set, large dining table with 8 chairs and 2 sunbeds.

In the evenings, you can dine under a starry sky at the boma with braai stand and eight Camp Master chairs – a true African experience.

Villa Upendi is equipped with WiFi, a smart TV with AirPlay, and a Sonos sound system. In addition, the villa features a carport, weekly cleaning, and bed and bath linen are available.

In the event of written cancellation of your booking, we will always charge you 20% of the total booking amount. In case of cancellation from 8 weeks to 4 weeks prior to arrival, we will charge you 50% of the total amount and in case of cancellation within 4 weeks prior to arrival, we will charge you the full 100% of the total amount. We therefore recommend that you also take out a (continuous) travel and cancellation insurance with your bank or insurer.
